Throughout the match, Je’Von Evans showcased his impressive high-flying skills, captivating the audience. However, the night ultimately did not favor him.
As Evans was on the verge of securing a three-count against Wes Lee, Page executed a clever roll-up on Evans, clinching the victory and setting up a title rematch with Trick Williams.
Williams made a surprise appearance as the competitors spun the wheel to unveil their match stipulation for Halloween Havoc, which ultimately landed on a Devil’s Playground Match.
Additionally, a tag team bout has been confirmed for WWE NXT Halloween Havoc, featuring two established stars from the women’s division teaming up against two newly signed wrestlers.
Cora Jade is set to make her in-ring comeback at Halloween Havoc, joining forces with her former rival, Roxanne Perez, to take on the newcomers Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer.
The show opened with Tony D’Angelo and Oba Femi announcing their rematch, with the Halloween Havoc wheel also determining their match stipulation.
This contest will be a ‘Tables, Ladders and Scares’ match for the NXT North American Championship.
Also hinted for Halloween Havoc is the introduction of another new addition to the women’s roster, DELTA.
