Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes has hinted at some major surprises for the upcoming WrestleMania 41 premium live event.
With 2025 on the horizon, all eyes are now focused on WWE’s grandest spectacle of the year—WrestleMania 41.
At WWE Bad Blood, The Rock made a surprise return to the company, teasing a possible showdown with both Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes.
During an interview with Adrian Hernandez at Complex Con, Rhodes was asked about potential surprises involving The Rock at WrestleMania 41. He responded:
“I’m going to say this, and I don’t mean it in a cheeky way, but The Rock is the director of the board, the ultimate authority.”
“Dwayne Johnson is on a different level than just the final boss. His innovative thinking, alongside Nick Khan and Triple H, has been integral to WWE’s record-breaking success, marking this new era, including the WWE Netflix partnership.”
“Whether or not he steps into the ring, his influence on WrestleMania 41 will still be immense. I know exactly who he’s targeting when he returns, and what we can expect.”
“As for WrestleMania 41, keep the rumors alive, let the speculation run wild, and enjoy the discussions, but trust me—what’s coming will be something none of you are prepared for.”
Rhodes also shared his thoughts on the possibility of Stone Cold Steve Austin returning at WrestleMania 41 during the same interview.
Cody Rhodes will face off against Kevin Owens in an exciting match on next Friday’s episode of WWE SmackDown, airing November 22.
