Wheeler Yuta Finally Breaks His Silence on Betraying Bryan Danielson in AEW

After the dramatic conclusion of AEW WrestleDream 2024, which featured a brutal post-match segment where Wheeler Yuta forced Bryan Danielson into an early retirement, aligning himself with Jon Moxley’s faction, Yuta has now shared his thoughts.

He took to Instagram to post a striking black-and-white image of Moxley holding the now-notorious plastic bag, accompanied by a poignant and straightforward caption.

Wheeler Yuta wrote:

“sorry, bryan.”

Adding to the intrigue, Daniel Garcia has already responded, simply labeling Yuta a “Coward” in the comments section of the post.

The betrayal unfolded after Jon Moxley defeated Bryan Danielson to win the AEW World Championship. Following the match, chaos erupted as Yuta turned on Danielson.

Despite the efforts of others, including Darby Allin, Daniel Garcia, HOOK, and Orange Cassidy, they arrived too late to avert the grim turn of events.

Wheeler Yuta continues to hold the title of AEW World Trios Champion alongside his fellow Moxley group members, Claudio Castagnoli and PAC.

With his victory over Danielson, Moxley made history once more, becoming the only four-time AEW World Champion in the company’s illustrious history.
