The latest WWE Independent Development (ID) signing has been officially announced at Northern Crown Wrestling’s event on November 17.
Since the WWE ID program’s inception on October 29, the company has been actively recruiting talent from various shows across the United States.
On Friday, November 15, the 14th WWE ID signing was confirmed as 24-year-old Ricky Smokes, who was awarded his contract at Chaotic Wrestling’s Breaking Point event in Andover, MA.
At Northern Crown Wrestling’s event in Toronto on Sunday, November 17, WWE revealed the identity of the 15th ID signing, marking a significant milestone as the first Canadian to join the program.
This honor goes to Zoe Sager, who addressed the audience at the event after receiving her WWE ID contract.
Sager, who debuted in 2018, trained under former WWE star Lance Storm and Michael Richard Blais.
In her six-year career, she has competed in Love Pro Wrestling, Real Canadian Wrestling, among other promotions. She also made a single appearance for AEW in March 2023, facing Emi Sakura on Dark Elevation.
